Who we are

Eros Inner Circle is a dating and confidence coaching business based in Las Vegas, Nevada, operated by Eros Guzman. When this policy says "we" or "us," that's who it means. Questions about anything below go to Erosinnercircle@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you hand us or what your browser reports automatically.

• Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, and whatever you write in the contact or booking form. If you enroll in a program, we also hold the details you share during coaching.
• Basic technical data. Your IP address, browser type, device, and which pages you visited. This is standard server and analytics information, and we use it to understand traffic, not to identify you.
• Nothing sensitive by default. We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. Payments run through third-party platforms with their own security and their own privacy terms.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and run your calls, deliver the coaching you signed up for, and occasionally send you program updates or offers. If you'd rather not hear from us, every email has an unsubscribe link and you can reply "stop" to any text. That's it. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not analyze your messages for anything beyond helping you.

We don't sell your data

Ever. We share information only with the services that make this business run, and only as much as they need: our form provider (Jotform), email and scheduling tools, payment processors, and our web host. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

Confidentiality of coaching

What you tell Eros in a session stays between you and Eros. We never publish your name, story, photo, or video without your explicit permission. Every testimonial on this site was shared with the client's consent, and any client can ask to have theirs taken down at any time.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to measure traffic. Embedded content, like forms and video players, may set their own. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop behaving properly if you do.

Your rights

Email us and you can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also opt out of marketing without losing access to anything you've paid for. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're in California, the EU, or the UK, you have additional statutory rights and we honor them regardless of where you live.

Security and retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you or to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete it. We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards, but no website can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Adults only

This site and its programs are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this page, we'll change the date at the top. Significant changes get an email to anyone on our list.
